I’m excited to work with you. Consistent attendance and commitment are essential to vocal development, and my goal is to provide focused, high-quality instruction while maintaining fairness and balance for all students.

Lessons are reserved professional time and are governed by the policies below.

📅 Attendance & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

• Lessons canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, including same-day cancellations, are charged in full. No exceptions.
• With 24+ hours’ notice, one reschedule per month is allowed, subject to availability.
• Rescheduled lessons must take place within 7 days of the original lesson date or the fee is forfeited.
• No-shows are charged in full.

Punctuality

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next student.

🔁 Instructor Cancellations

If I need to cancel a lesson, you will not be charged and we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

⏸️ Pausing or Ending Lessons

• A 14-day notice is requested for discontinuing lessons or taking a temporary break.
• Until notice is given, students remain active and subject to scheduling and fees.

All exercises, recordings, materials, and resources provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or sold without written permission. All intellectual property remains the sole property of Didi Benami.

Do I need to book a package? Packages are optional but recommended for consistency and progress.

What lesson length should I choose? Most students benefit from 40- or 55-minute lessons. Longer sessions are ideal for deeper work.

Do you work with beginners? Yes, as long as the student is ready to learn proper technique and commit to the process.

Do you teach online? Yes — lessons are available both in Nashville and online worldwide.

Do you help with song selection? Yes. Repertoire and song strategy are an essential part of my coaching, especially for auditions.
